HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
We process all orders paid on-line within 24 business hours. Unless otherwise indicated on the product page, orders usually ship within one business day of being placed. Back ordered items will be shipped as soon as possible. We try to ship every item the same day in which your order is placed and payment is verified, however it might take 2 or 3 business days to process the order during peak sales periods.
IS INSURANCE INCLUDED?
Yes, PremierAppliance.com insures all the items we ship out of our warehouse, at no cost to you.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship to all 48 States. Presently we cannot ship internationally, PO Boxes and APO military bases. DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?
Sales tax will only be charged if either the billing or shipping address is in the state of Tennessee. We are not required to charge sales tax on orders originating and shipping outside the state of Tennessee.

We give you a 100% refund, less shipping costs. It’s that easy! (All software is exchange for same product only)
No "Re-Stocking" Fees: We never charge you a "re-stocking" fee* for items sent out of our warehouse. (*The only items that have a restocking fee are items that are not shipped by our warehouse and the restocking fee is clearly marked on the product page.)
